* bank’s reserve requirements;
* secondary market requirements (ie, banks no longer able to sell off their loans, and       unwilling to keep them in their portfolio);
*type of loan (ex, ‘Stated Income’ and other non-conforming loans); and/or,
*type of property (ie, ‘Special Use’, ‘Single Use’ and other non-standard properties).
